• We charge a fixed price of £24.00 per half hour.


• Many of our services are charged at a fixed rate. *


• If we cannot fix it, we will not charge you a penny.

* If a computer is taken back to our offices to perform work, we charge a set fee because we can leave a computer to do something whilst working on other things.

For instance, our virus removal service is charged at 1 hour, if performed at our offices, even though it might take several hours for the computer to complete the task.
